Corona Extra | Find your beach

Corona has enjoyed great success as the beer for sunny days filled with fun and relaxation at the beach.  However, to drive sales we needed to expand this perception and position Corona as a beer you can drink at any time of day or night, indoors or outside and on any occasion.  We needed to change the conversation around Corona from “only when I’m at the beach” to “find your own beach, anytime, anywhere.”

“The Beach Break” is a comprehensive Social and Mobile strategy that continues to build a vibrant social community by encouraging people to find their “own beach,” tied to a successful retail promotion to further drive sales.
